Shipping policy

We aim to send all orders out within 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Standard delivery is 2-4 working days. Express is 1-3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship outside the UK at this time.

PACKAGING

I am mindful of the environmental impact of my packaging and use the most eco-friendly options I can. Your ceramics will be wrapped with a protective layer of honey comb paper (100% recyclable and biodegradable) which is a great alternative to bubble wrap. This is then surrounded by a layer of corrugated card for extra protection. Finished off with a decorative layer of tissue paper, secured with recyclable paper tape. Your parcel will arrive in a cardboard box fastened with 'Fragile' paper parcel tape.

Occasionally I reuse materials that have been sent to me, but I aim to reduce plastic use and encourage you to reuse or recycle any packaging you receive from me. A portion of the fee you pay for shipping covers the cost of packaging materials.
